Zipcar is one of the coolest companies of this decade. A bonkers idea (scatter brand-new parked cars around a city and rent them by the hour!?) that they have pulled off with innovative reservation tools and pleasant customer service.
This is one of those things that, from the perspective of my childhood, feels like The Future. A great idea well-done.
